The 4-course menu includes Mini Cannelloni, Sweet Andaman prawn, mango & Asian vegetables as appetizer, Followed by Tom Yam Goong infused with Mediterranean herbs Served in green coconut. Then, Ravioli with leek – saffron vegetables Andaman River prawns, kaffir lime espuma as a main. Complete this course with dessert, Iced Thai tea on caramelized pineapple & pink pepper.
